Serious!!!!!

So Monday I thought I was going to have to go to the hospital. My left arm became completely in slow motion and it was like my mind and my eve's couldn't comprehend that it was my hand  I was seeing . my body got really red and I had to go sit outside. After coming inside to fix my lunch while at work my left hand went completely numb , my wrist felt like it was swelling but there was no sights of swelling at all and I was seeing black spots . After all that happened I had a headache and felt extremely tired. WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED TO ME?
