So I have been trying to loose weight by working out and dieting.

But if I am hungry, I shake and get dizzy. It's really upsetting.

My friend told me to drink water and it'll pass but it doesn't keep me from being shaky and dizzy or trembling.

I don't want water, I'm going to fall over!

I have had to be eating smaller meals but a lot more frequent like once an hour. And at the end of the hour I shake like in starving.
