How do you clean vag ???

I need some tips on how to have a healthy and clean vag but everyone tells me not to use douche? So what do i do ??

Buy a product from you local store (something like vagisil) for use maybe 2 times a week. Otherwise increase your water consumption and cut bad foods. Helps balance out your PH and  can also improve flavour ;)

Just water to wash your vulva, you don't need to wash inside. It's self cleaning.

Don't use any store bought washes! Unless you have a actual problem down there. They can seriously mess up your natural ph in the long term.
Try eating lots of fresh fruit and yoghurt instead. They are really good for your vagina, especially cranberries. Drink lots of water and try to consume less sugary drinks too.
Also, a few times a week "wash" down there. Use your hand during a shower and clean out any build up of discharge using warm water(no soap) just around the vulva and labia.
