Ftm here and feel so confused about what's going on in my body ... Went to doc last Monday everything looked good ... 1/2 cm dialated ... I am just wondering what actual contractions feel like ... I've been getting sharp pains in the center of my pubic bone (kinda like being jabbed) ... Can experienced moms share how contractions felt for u

Mine were all in my belly, starting like someone was tightening my abs for me.  They really didn't hurt much and then my water broke at 37 and 2.  I had to get pitocin to get them really going, and even then they were only in my belly and felt like period or diarrhea cramps...
