6 weeks check up

I went to my appointment on Tuesday to find out the scheduled my appointment one day and told me another. I hate my doctor office and I have to get a new ID before seeing another doctor . Anyways I had a csection and I'm really nervous that I missed that appointment do you think it's safe to return to normal activity only thing that bothers me sometimes is my scar and cramps like in gonna get my period??
