How can I get my period to start early?

I'm going to see my boyfriend that just got back from a 7 month deployment and my period is scheduled to start the day before I see him. Is there anything I can do to make it come a week early?

It sounds weird but whenever I drink mothers milk tea for a few days straight (I'm breastfeeding), I get my period within three days even if I'm not scheduled to.

I'm pretty sure there is a pill a doctor can prescribe you that delays your period but you have to take it 4-2 weeks in advanced I think
