Who Else's Back Hurts?

Question

So up until now I've had a pretty easy pregnancy but the last two days the extra weight and belly are causing mid back pain. I'm getting a prenatal message on Tuesday but just wondering who else is in the same boat and what are you doing to alleviate your back pain?

Me! 27 wks n I've had such an easy pregnancy but now my back aches, my pelvis aches,it's painful sleeping or rolling over, I'm just propping my legs up,my bump, n using a heat pack under my back,can't imagine a few weeks from now😫

I sit at a desk a lot for work and use a small back pillow to help. It's nice having the extra back support.

Other than that I just try to avoid carrying things that will put strain on my back.

I do from time to time. Heat, ice, stretching, and a pillow between my knees to sleep.

My back has been hurting too. I started doing some light core exercises to relieve some of the pain. They also have stretches you can do if you look them up. I just know it feels so good when I do them!

Mine started more lately and am 28 weeks, i cant sit for more than 20 minutes without a support. I am also feeling alot of pressure lately in my abdomein in upper and lower abdomein. I feel pressure in my upper abdomein aswell.. :( 
I dont know if its normal ...
