Emotions and Clingy

I am so emotional and clingy. I know my hubby has to work and I do as well but when I'm off and he has to leave I cry! Plus he gets off late so I'm in bed way before him when he gets home I can be in a coma and I slide under him.....He sometimes hates it because I'm so clingy!!!! Mind you I was never this way before!!!! Opinions on getting comfy without him so he can be comfy
