Is 30 too late to start a career ???

This is embarrassing, but Any advice for someone trying to start a career and figure out what to do. I feel so overwhelmed that I don't know what direction to go in. I want everything right now. Career, husband, nice house, family and I don't even have a foot in the door. I need clarity. I have a pointless degree in communication and I don't know what to do with it and I'm working a job that doesn't pay enough for me to even afford to live on my own. I put in apps for jobs that I KNOW I'm qualified for and I never get an email or call back. I'm 30 & have nothing to show for anything. I don't want another 10 years to go by and I bang my brains out because I'm so depressed that I've never had a career, house, family or anything else to call my own.
