Swollen fingers...?

Question

Almost every morning I wake up my fingers are swollen, sometimes it's both hands but a lot of the times it's my right fingers.. Anyone else have this problem?? 
I also noticed that recently I've been waking up a few times a night because my hand falls asleep and gets all tingly. Not sure if that would have anything to do with it..

maybe you are sleeping with your hands crushing beneath your body..

I used to have this issue. I tend to sleep curled up in a ball and I was keeping my arms bent all night and it was pinching a nerve in my arm (right around where your elbow is) and it was also decreasing blood flow. It was tough but I was eventually able to change my sleeping position enough that I fixed the issue. Hope this helps!
