Advice ?

So I can't remember when I had a period last , my period should have been here earlier this month . This morning I woke up , and I cannot hold my bladder I probably have a infection due to the pain when I use the restroom . Last night I had sharp pains in my lower belly . Now when I wipe myself the toilet paper is a little pink , I'm not bleeding but I'm not completely sure what's going on. What should I do ?
