Someone please help me!

Hey yall! I'm in need of someone with skin health knowledge. In March of 2015 I moved into my new home. I started getting what I thought was a rash. It looked like a rash and was rough and hot to touch, itchy at times. I made sure I cleaned it properly and once I realized it wasn't going away I went to a dermatologist. She claims i had "adult acne", I have no history of acne (I played 3 sports and sweat a lot, but very moderate breakouts and they healed quickly). She gave me pills and cream. That was in June of 2015. I was getting married in October and since the meds were not working I stopped so that i could tan. It is now January 2016 and it still has not healed, dried up or spread to the other side of my face. It is not anywhere else on my body. It doesn't form a head like acne, it will ooze puss like fluid, but that is rare. Please if you have ever experienced this or have any suggestions please reply! If I need to provide a picture I will! I just what my face back! I miss my perfect skin, and again it is only on one side of my face! Thank you!!!
