Ovulation help

Me and hubby had BD the night befor i had my birth control removed and we were told fertility could return within 24 hrs... I had spotting for 2 days about 3 days after then cm that definitely indicated ovulating..(slimy/rubbery...)and since then I took one bite of lunch an threw it up ..never happens...this was like 5 days after removal. Now I have had terrible lower back pain and a sharp pain in my right side...and super moody..is it just the process messing with me? I have seen and few stories about this birth control and people getting pregnant right off the bat but it's it really possible I ovulated that fast?? It was definitely what everyone says is the sign for ovulation. . .
