Landlord.

So my landlord is a jerk putting it lightly. He just told us he is going to make the back yard into apartments and the front yard into a parking lot. Then on top of that raise rent 250 more then our current rent. He said once they start construction witch starts this week. We are gonna have to deal with them using our water, the water pressure is bad enough as it is and now we have to deal with other people using it. And he said when they plan to do the pipes for the apartments he's gonna have the water turned off. Not to mention from sun up to sun down have to deal with the construction and people I don't know walking past my windows. Needless to say my hubby and I are looking for a new house to move to. We told him there are so menu repairs needed to the house that you refuse to fix, and the whole reason we moved here was for the yard and your taking that away people pay for yards places to have pets and kids and BBQ with family and your taking that away. Your dumb. We said we live (I'm not proud to say) but in a "bad" part of town and all the rent around here the highest you'll find is 500 and he plans to charge 900 and now that he's taking the best part away from that house he thinks because downtown places go for 1000 or more a mnth people will be willing to pay 900.

Sorry done with my rant. I know this is God telling us it's time for us to get a better place, now I just pray we can find one quickly in our price range.
