lost & confused

so today after I've been experiencing a lot of pain , it was confirmed I have herpes . I get that it's not the worst I could have , but still it's HERPES . I will have this for the rest of my life and it scares me . the guy that gave it to me is denying it and says I'm just a whore and got it from someone else when that's not even possible . I'm only 17 and feel like I can't tell any of my family . I feel so lost and stuck and just wish this would end 😭
