Bad cramps like .....
Bad cramps as in I need to poo (the type of cramps you get when you have diarrhea and need to go) but then when I try and go, I can't ????😩😩😩 I'm 33weeks and high risk for preterm labour... Please give me some ideas ladies 😩😩
