Uti 5 months

I have had a Uti and bladder infections for 5 months now. I have taken antibotics and drank Pom pomegranate juice. Nothing is workin so the doctor wants to put me on antibiotics for the rest of my pregnancy! 😡 anyone else have this problem? I only drink water no soda. I have no idea why this is happening
