Light Pink discharge

So I'm 27W and 4 days and 2 days ago I noticed a very light pink discharge when I wiped. It went away throughout the night and yesterday I didn't have it at all . Well today is back but a little more than when it first began. Should I go to the hospital ? I don't have any cramps with it but it just scares me. I haven't seen any kind of blood or anything during the whole pregnancy so it's scary. Has this happened to anybody else ?
