Toxoplasmosis fear 🙁

I'm just curious if anyone on here has been diagnosed during a pregnancy or knows anyone who has been? For the past couple months I've been extremely scared and anxious about toxoplasmosis. I have 4 cats, and while my husband handles the litter (not as frequently as I would like) I'm scared to death that when they walk on my couches or when they jump up on things that it's on my surfaces. I've been washing my hands like 100x a day and scared to death to touch anything out of fear that it'll be on my hands. I have really bad anxiety but this pregnancy seems to have triggered an extreme increase. I was tested for it at around 22-23 weeks (I'm 27 weeks now) and my test was negative but now I fear this will make me miserable until I give birth or have tests done every appointment. I'm going to talk to my doctor about my anxiety because it's truly becoming crippling, but I just wanted to know if anyone on here is familiar with it or knows anyone who is. My biggest fear is the baby getting infected and having severe brain problems or other issues. I appreciate any feedback or responses. Have a great day. 🙂
