Moving in with bf

Me and my be are thinking about moving in together. He had his own place but he moved out for financial reasons and to be closer to me. We've been dating for a few months (4 mths) but not a long time.. I'm 20 and I feel really old to be living with my pops. However my bf suggested that we should move to a well off community and I'm willing but he says I have to get it in my name & I'm not to sure about that. Plus how would I break the news to my parents about moving with him?
