Anyone bled after doggy style?

About 7 dpo & my husband and I had sex two nights ago and he did it from behind... The way we were angled it felt like it was hitting my stomach but it wasn't unbearable ... We finished and then today I had very very light pink spotting each time I would pee . Just wondering if it's from the rough sex and if it's happened to anyone else ? Please comment your input if you please !
