I don't call him "babe". Am I the only one?

Hi Glow Community! I've been wondering if any of you other girls don't call your boyfriend "babe"? I just never really did since the start of the relationship (1 year so far).

I don't call my husband any nicknames, it doesn't come naturally to me and I feel weird doing it so I've always just called him by his first name.

If I call him Tom..  He looks at me funny bc we are so used to calling each other babe.

I did, until our 2 yr old son started calling him that as well!!! 😂 now I call him Daddy in front of our toddler.

My husband and I don't have pet names for each other like that.. I feel like it Would be so weird coming from me. Lol. I do call him sweetheart when I'm irritated with him though. He woke me up at 1am one day to ask where the remote was (it was where he left it earlier that day fyi) and i was like "I don't know SWEETHEART, probably where you left it." lol

The nicknames babe, bae or baby sounds too childish and corny lol. I just call my husband hun or hunnie. It feels weird to say those other nicknames to him.

My now husband hated the word "babe" and said only people who show disrespect toward their SO say "babe." He told me never to call him that after the one time I did when we first started dating. We say "sweetie" "honey" "hun" "love" :) if I don't use one of them words and just say his first name, he thinks I'm mad at him. Lol.

I do all the time come to think of it. However he has only ever called me monkey so if he ever said my first name is he weirded out completely. He doesn’t call me babe or anything though.. just monkey or little monkey.
