Morning sickness
I'll be three months in two days with my first,
I Can't keep ANYTHING down.
I'm able to keep two or three crackers down and Gatorade. I can't take any Nausea Medicean because of medical reasons..
I'm puking or very nauseous from about 4 in the morning untill 12 in the evening,
Does anyone have any tips , or anything. That helped them?
