I don't know what to do!

I have posted this before, but this month, I started my period a week early, and I have always been very regular. This concerned me. Well, I have been charting my bbt and taking ovulation tests and I haven't ovulated this month at all. I started on January 13th, was supposed to start on the 19th, started taking ovulation tests the day after my period stopped, and still am, N none of them were positive (said I was firtile or ovulating )

I went to my dr and they did a pregnancy test and it was Negitive. But she said it sounds like I am, but the test hasn't picked it up.

Should I get a home pregnancy test soon? Please help!!!!
