I had my last depo injection in January 2015 and decided not to go back for the one in March as we wanted to try for a baby. We have been trying but nothing yet. I am starting to feel like it is never going to happen. How can I get myself out of this seemingly never ending cycle of thinking this is the month then entering some sort of "depression" when it isn't? Really struggling :(
