Opinions?

I will be 24 weeks in a couple of days and today I had a sharp pain on my lower left side and then I started having period cramps and my lower stomach just ached a little then the cramp and ache went away but the sharp pain continued and also went to my right side and then some in the middle of my lower stomach and after a lil the cramps came back but went away again..could this be braxton hicks?
