Workout question
Girls I have a queation regarding working out. I used to jogg a lil bit before pregnancy and never had a puls higher than 130. Now Im 9w3d and I go to the gym and do just fast walking and sometimes my puls gets over 140 and sometimes its ok with 130
Im scared to do more bc if my puls is that high babies puls is even higher.
I see some woman do jogg but are u not scared? And I get very fast short on breath.
Can I hear your experiance??
