Anyone else feel this way?

Hey everyone! I was diagnosed with pcos for about 8/9 months now. I'm on birth control of course but dang, I REALLY want to get pregnant!!! My husband wants a child to but we just haven't actually made that step to go to the doctor's office. We talked about it the other day and he is very worried for me. I've been very sad lately, crying a lot about it (in my defense I am having horrible breakthrough bleeding because I forgot 2 freaking pills, go figure lol) But yea, i'm on metformin now. So I wonder if I can stop taking birth control pills and go for it! I'm not rushing for a baby, but it would be nice to have one. It's so weird because everyone around me is pregnant, my husband's friend gave us the news that he is having a little girl and I got super jealous!!
