Infection?

I've had a yeast infection before so I'm pretty sure that's what it is. My doc said I can take Monistat 5 or 7 day treatment. I'm 15weeks. My problem is, is that I'm burning still and it's only been 5 out of the 7 day treatment. Also noticed a tiny bit of green discharge once or twice since I've started using it. Should I finish the next two days of treatment and then consult my doctor? It also feels like I'm burning in my urethra as well. I'm not sure what to do but it's uncomfortable and I've had this for more then a week.
