Headaches?

I've been experiencing more headaches than usual since being pregnant..I normally take Aleve but was advised by my Dr. that only tynenol is ok (which never really worked for me anyway). I don't want to keep taking tynenol for every headache but they've become more frequent lately. I read online that headaches are more common in the first and third trimesters but I'm already in my second and feel like it's been getting worse. Anyone else experience this and have any advice? Thanks a bunch!
