I've been constipated for days/hard to poo and then the next day be diarrhea lol

I'm 27 weeks and I've been having it on and off this past week. And a lot of times I have cramps like I'm about to have diarrhea and I try and I can't go. The cramps are terrible. So I guess I have a combination of diarrhea and constipation. I didn't know that was possible. 😩

Im 33 weeks and if anything im constipated lol but i heard diareah is a sign of early labor well getting ready for labor
