Someone please answer me!

So I bleed for 7 days during this time the dr said my levels dropped from 270 to 97 the two weeks later tested them and said the were 40. But here's the thing I bleed for 7 days stopped for 3(had sex on 3rd because my dr said I could have sex after the bleeding stopped) then started having the brown spotting but it lasted 4 days and turned red now I'm bleeding red and brown on day 6 after the 3 day break. My dr didn't even bother to have anyone tell me my levels and when I called 5 days after testing they inform me I need to come back tomorrow for more blood tests. Has anyone ever had this happen? Also shouldn't my dr want to do an ultrasound at this point? This has been happening for 3 weeks now
