Pregnant after D&C

So, I have had D&C procedures before, but this was my first time after having a MC. They thought it was partial molar, but thankfully that wasn't the case. Got the go ahead from the doc if I wanted to try right away, so we did. I'm only 3 weeks out, but pretty sure I'm pregnant, (headaches, random dizzy spells, appetite, backache, sore breasts, tired as hell) but I'm not sure if there is a way to find out so early as I'd only be about a week or so since conception. I feel like I sound crazy and I really didn't know where else to post this, so if anyone can give advice I'd appreciate it!
