Gassy week

I've been gassy for most of the week and my boyfriend absolutely hates farting and he's barely getting use to me burping :/ I get really bad cramps when I try to hold in my farts but I just wish he'd understand that sometimes I don't do it on absolute purpose... They hurt... And I need the release... I mean I would get up and rush to the bathroom but if I move they come out so I stay as still as possible til I know they won't come out then claim I have to pee...:(
