Bum hole splitting!!!

Not right nice this, but my poo keeps busting my shitter open, can anybody please give me some advice on what to take, laxatives are not working!! Doctor keeps fobbing me off saying have a hot bath! Yeah coz that's Guna make me poo! IDIOT! It hurts girls it really hurts!!! After I part with a poo my bum hole is all inflamed and feels like it's turned itself inside out!! Stop laughing. 💩👈🏼👊🏻!!
