Baby last name/delivery room

So my ex and I have been broken up since I was 9 weeks pregnant and I'm 28 weeks now. He's not supportive, I've probably seen him a total of 7 times during my pregnancy and he's been to 3 appts and I don't hear from. He comes and goes whenever he feels like and it's really hurting me bc I thought I could at least count on his support but he obviously don't care but the few conversations that we have had he says the baby should have his last name bc he's the dad- which I think is bull bc anybody can make a baby if you're able and feels that he should be in the delivery room too and no one else. But if it wasn't for my family and friends I wouldn't have my apartment, my car, lights on, medical bills are paid up...I'm truly blessed that my family has been there for me. They're my rock! So I feel that the baby should have my last name bc I've been doing this w/o with the help of friends and family and I wanted him in the delivery room but once he just disappeared I asked my family (mom and sisters) to be in the room. What do you lady's think?
