31 weeks problems

Currently 31 weeks 1 day, has not been a very easy pregnancy. Complications w wrong placement of placenta etc. Well we have that fixed but long story short .. We were at labor and delivery Sat. For leaking fluid and contractions. Dr on call was not regular ob. But he checked us out. Said we were dilated one and ready to go. But released us home. Still having contractions and leaking fluid. Call reg ob twice since Sat. His nurse says keep my appointment next week, dilation isn't likely this early. To continue as I have been work and etc. Just wondering what I should do because sometimes contractions make it hard to stand upright even and they are about 20 min-35 min apart. Never been in labor on my own this is pregnancy number 7, baby no 5. Never had complications w any pregnancy til this one. Any suggestions?
