Lost but Happy

Today, after being with my company EXACTLY 6yrs.. to the day.. they gave me an ultimatum. . Either resign or stay on going from a full time director on salary to an hourly as needed receptionist.

I lost my shit, and I resigned. Their "offer" was like a slap in the damn face. After all the extra time and energy.. after all the helping in other departments I have done over the years.. to be treated as if I didnt matter.. it killed me.

I will say though.. I am better than that job. I deserve better and am a hard worker.

I set up 2 interviews on Monday as I was driving home..lol.. they will rue the day they did this.

I am better than them.
