Camping at one month??

One word; GERMS!! I'm so scared. My church goes on a camping trip every year for two nights a month after my due date, not sure if it's safe to go. It's not regular camping, the sleeping is indoors and air conditioned and comfortable, you usually get up at 8 am, have breakfast, then a morning guest speaker, then free time, lunch, another session, free time, dinner, another session, and a campfire. It's a long day but people have brought their babies before, and we have a lot of little kids with a lot of germs. Any opinions? There's a lake and a beach and woods it's just so much fun but I'm not sure how I feel about going with a one month old. #firsttimemother

I was going to go camping when my baby boy is going to be around 3-4 months and people are telling me I'm crazy because I want to put him in the water( not like submerge) but let him sit in it.

It good to expose babies to germs to an extent my 18 month old was exposed to germs since day one and has only been sick with a high fever one time the other two times was just sniffles you have to build up their immune systems some how

Personal choice, I wouldn't. All those people n their germs. At least you know where your family have been n what they got before chooding to let them visit.

I don't think I would personally, but I'm a first time mom as well so I'm in the same boat with wanting to keep the little one away from germs until she's bigger haha

Wait so your baby will be 1 month old when going camping? If that's the case I wouldn't go. Sounds miserable. But if your camping while pregnant I wouldn't worry. I was camping at 5 months. I'll never do it again tho lol I was super uncomfortable.
