Helpp!!

Ok so please don't judge me but I was pregnant about a year ago n it just wasn't the time I was in a bad place so I decided not to have the baby and abort my baby but I'm not making excuses for my actions anyways after that breast milk was coming out my boob's I was only 13 weeks but 5 days ago I had unprotected sex and I was fertile tonight I was in the shower n saw what looked like white stuff not soap I had just got in so I just felt like I should squeeze and I did n breast milk came out ????
