Silly question

I am on glow trying to track my period so we can conceive. I have been trying to do a CM check everyday, but     usually the mucus is watery (or my finger comes out with a little liquid on it and that's it). My husband and I had sex two days ago and then this morning and he said my vagina felt dry. According to Glow, today is supposed to be my ovulation day. But if it's dry I'm not ovulating correct? Am I just not ovulating at all?
