Prenatal? Infertility?

I've done some research but I'd like some insite from the "pros". I have been trying to convince for over a year without doctors ect so freely in hopes it would come natural, and my hopes are up. It's not working and it's almost ripping me apart. I have not been late, get my period every time. Nothing different. It's almost like everyone around me is now getting pregnant and growing up, and I cannot get pregnant! We have jobs, a home, animals, and no child. It's getting depressing, and so here I am wanting some insite from Moms who have been infertil but have a beautiful bouncing baby now! 

I would like to try prenatal over counter meds first from my local pharmacy, bout would like to know good brands, why you used it, how, when, ect'
