VIVID Pregnancy Dream

I'm only 17 and I had an extremely vivid dream that I was 7 months pregnant. I've had these dreams before, but it has been awhile, not a one time thing. I'm bugging out about it because I don't know why I'm having these dreams. And they kind of make me want to be pregnant (but of course I know I won't be).. Please tell me I'm not the only one who has gone through this!!🙈
