TMI pictures! HELP!

I have been having pain in my pelvic area, went to the doctor and it's around my uterus area so I am going to my obgyn Monday... Been having spotting some days period ended Sunday 1/31/15, now today 2/6 I had stuff on my underwear when i went to use the bathroom! I really need advice on what this could be, also I have been feeling very light headed, tired, boobs feel bigger/heavier, my belly is bloated, and very nauseated.. Also had dots of blood today and yesterday once each day when I wiped which is weird for me...
