Idk what's wrong with me?!

So long story short, my period was super weird this last go around (only spotting and I'm usually heavy) and it lasted like 9 days I had taken a test on the 20th but it was negative but the past few days I've like emotionally crazy I mean like I'm happy and content and literally a second later I want to punch a hole in a door. Any advice?! 😫
