Need help with acne

This is kind of a huge rant but need some serious advice. I feel like I've tried so many over the counter treatments that don't do ANYTHING! I have a lot of acne and a lot of it is cystic and hurts sooo bad. Some of them I'm able to pop, others are rock hard and never come to a head. I've talked to my family practice doctor numerous times but because we've been trying to conceive for soo long she won't put me on any medication because she said they wouldn't be safe if I were to finally get pregnant..I'm about to seriously just put trying to conceive on hold even thought we've been trying for so many years so I can try this acne taken care of! She's prescribed me benzoyl cream which doesn't work and has suggested numerous over the counter stuff which like I've said don't work or help at all. I used to take minocyclin orally for acne years ago and then became immune to it and now years later my acne is 10x worse. I'm truly convinced I have pcos but even thought we've been ttc for over a year she won't check me to see if I do have it....can anyone recommend any acne treatment that actually works or any medication you take that works that maybe I could mention to my doctor? Like I said this stuff can get so itchy and painful not to mention it's ugly and my self confidence is shot because of it! I'm providing pictures btw and I'm already really self conscious about this and know it's disgusting so please don't be mean about it..
