Do I really love him

We argue a lot...... I may have gave him reason in the beginning not to trust me but now it's been months and he still don't trust me our sex is OK.... Am I happy some days not all...... I want a baby been trying for years still Nun come to find out I have pcos ugh it sucks and even more stressful I just want love and a good life I'm 24 it's hard being alone no family no friends.... I put everything aside for him..... What should I do..... #someonehelpmeplease
