RED SPOT ARM PIMPLE LOOKING THINGS

Anyone else get those pimple like red bumps on the top of their outer arm? I've had them for so long and can't get rid of them, they're so embarrassing! I squeeze mine in hopes that they'll slowly disappear, but they don't, some white stuff comes out, but it's not puss it's hard! It's known as Keratosis Pilaris or 'chicken skin', and there's apparently no cure for it 😩 Anyone have the same condition and have any remedies for it? Exfoliating doesn't work 😟
