What are the early symptoms of pregnancy?

After 2yrs of being together we finally decided to have a baby. So this last november we finally both agreed to have a baby. So i started to tracked down all my ovulation for the past 3months. And im kinda scared that i will not get pregnant since its been 3months when I stopped using pills. And still my period is keep on coming. But now my period will come on the 10th but still no sign of it. Usually 3days before my period i would have a lil spotting and breast tenderness, cramps and all. I only have cravings and the feeling of always being tired, also low back pain. So is this a sign of being pregnant? Please can someone told me what to do?
