IMPLANTATION BLEEDING

Can someone please tell me more about implantation bleeding?? I think I might have it because I have a small amount of brown/black Colored discharge in my underwear, and it is just over a week before my period is due. It has been 4 days since I had sex (and it was with a condom). Please help, I really hope I am not pregnant :(
